Teragon Developments & Construction is a luxury homebuilding company that has been in business for more than 20 years. Their talent for creating high-quality bespoke homes, which exceed even the expectations of their well-traveled, upscale clientele, has made them a builder of choice on the west side of Vancouver.

THE ASK

Teragon came to Indalma for help designing new site signage, but after some insightful questions from our head brand strategist, realized that they needed to refresh their visual identity to accurately reflect the attributes of their upscale, luxury brand.

Once the visual assets had been refreshed, Teragon also asked Indalma to project manage the launch of their new website, which they had recently had developed.

THE WORK

Indalma’s first step was to survey the visual identities of Teragon’s competitors and look for opportunities to differentiate our client in the market. We created moodboards that showed options for new font and colour palette pairings, and provided web page mock-ups to illustrate what the different design directions might look like.

Next, we used the new primary and secondary brand colours and fonts to provide the client with options for a refreshed logo. Our goal was to tighten the existing elements and establish a communication hierarchy within the logo that progressed from who Teragon was, to what they did. Once the logo was chosen, we oversaw the implementation of the new colours, font, and logo throughout the website design, using the new brand elements to elevate the user experience.

The clients appreciated Indalma’s detailed approach to their brand, which mirrored their own approach to projects, and they have continued to work with our team as a one-stop branding solution for everything from apparel to social media management.
