Brand Audits, Strategy and Marketing Support

We help you find your path and the opportunities along it.

Our brand consulting services can help you define your path, adjust your course, and assess your results – because sometimes what you need in the moment isn’t a new brand, it’s information, a strategic sounding board, and expert feedback, so that you can take the next step. And if that next step is a new brand, rebrand or brand refresh, we’re here to help with that, too!

DISCOVERY SESSIONS

  • A Discovery is the first step in developing a new brand – or for any business considering a shift in direction or an update to an existing brand.  By clearly defining where you are and where you want to go, we can create deep, long-lasting solutions that will set your direction for years to come.

During the Discovery we uncover who you are and what you stand for, your unique selling points, your promise to your customers, your brand and business goals – and the customer experience you want to deliver. We identify your opportunities, challenges and market position, and then make recommendations for building a successful new brand, revitalizing an existing one, or launching a new product or service.

Brand Consulting

  • If you feel like your brand isn’t reaching its potential or has grown stale – or you need some ongoing marketing support – it may be time to schedule a session with one of our
brand strategists. A brand consult with an expert outside your company allows you to freely discuss challenges and explore the ideas that can lead to growth.

Consulting sessions range from one-time meet-ups to regular quarterly meetings. You can bring an issue you’d like to work on, or we can review your overall challenges and opportunities and give you our perspective on what’s working, where you can improve, and areas to explore.

BRAND AUDITS

  • Your brand will evolve to meet the needs of your audience, changes within your industry and to your service offering. Periodic brand audits help you identify new opportunities, pinpoint and strengthen weak areas, and explore new ways to stay relevant and competitive.

Our brand strategists review your goals, brand identity, market position, and competitive landscape, along with your key visuals and messaging. We look at your target market and whether the experience you’re offering at each touch point meets their needs. A review of your key performance indicators – whether you measure success by sales, fundraising, awareness, or enrollment – and the performance of your website and social channels, will quantify where your brand is, and isn’t, getting results. At the end of the process, we make recommendations for moving forward in ways that are smart and strategic.

CUSTOMER Experience Audits

  • It can be challenging to apply your brand to its full potential across all customer and employee touch points. If you recognize that you could be performing better in a specific area, an experience audit – whether it’s of your onboarding process, store environment, website, product or service – can help you pinpoint the issues.

Using tools such as user observation and interviews, journey mapping, and design insights, we identify the gaps, usability issues, and opportunities in your offer, processes, or environment. Brand experience is at the heart of our work, and it’s the kind of thing we think about all the time – check out our blogs on improving your hiring process and creating an experience with your packaging.
