Angela has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping people grow their business – she fearlessly checks in with clients at the end of projects to ensure our work has made a difference.

Mackenzie is the hub through which all our projects flow, and her #1 goal is to ensure that Indalma’s clients have a seamless experience from start to finish. With a unique combination of design, marketing and project management skills, she serves as a resource for both our clients and our team, ensuring that each project runs smoothly, and that our creative team have everything they need to produce great work. Her focus on brand strategy, project goals, timely delivery, and customer-centred processes keeps our projects on track – and our clients in the loop – from project set-up and scheduling, through to production.

At the start of every branding project, Kate works to uncover the “who”, “why”, “what” and “how” of a brand, so that purpose and intention are built into every design choice. She believes that strong brands aren’t just seen, they’re felt – and her process results in authentic and unique brand identities that stand out in the market. Kate is an experienced front-end website designer who applies her understanding of the user experience both online and in-store. Her diverse skills include custom illustration and print design, e-newsletters, social media graphics, and digital ads.

Sheri is passionate about creating work that offers meaning and connection, and it shows in the brand storytelling concepts, print and online campaigns she designs. She’s one of our social media experts, helping to create strategy and content for brands across platforms – and provide clients with meaningful analysis of the results. A talented illustrator, print designer, and front-end website designer, Sheri enjoys collaborating with clients to find that extra bit of inspiration that will elevate a piece.

Before I begin to design, I make sure that I have a solid understanding of the client’s goals, so that the work I create will have meaning for their target audience and resonate with them for a long time.

Bev is our brand storyteller, giving our clients the words they need to communicate their messages online and in print. With more than 20 years writing and marketing experience, our brand strategist and self-admitted “word nerd” gets to the essence of what a client needs to say, in ways that are targeted and strategic.

At its heart, marketing communication is storytelling. My job is to figure out what the story is, and how to tell it in a way that makes people act.

Kim is our administrative engine who keeps things running on the back end: invoicing, budgeting, taking care of loose ends, and continually looking for ways to improve our processes. She’s a super-organized dynamo who steps in where needed, to help with everything from accounting to project support.

It’s important to have strong processes in place – accurate scheduling, project tracking and budgeting, and regular client communication – so that we deliver on the business side of our creative projects, on time and on budget.
